When med student Heywood West becomes the new kid in town, his bizarre behavior quickly raises suspicions. Foul stenches seep from his house, people begin disappearing, and those mysterious red stains on his lab coat certainly aren’t helping.
When Heywood befriends fellow anatomy student Jeff Sarris, Jeff’s ordinary life is turned upside down. After witnessing his new best friend commit murder, Jeff faces an impossible choice: turn Heywood in or bury himself in denial.
Meanwhile, Heywood continues practicing his own twisted brand of medicine and writing prescriptions...
